Canvassing Director
This position is very important as it requires overseeing our canvassing operation and managing a team of canvassers. This position calls for hiring, training and motivating prospective team members for the purpose of generating leads through canvassing local neighborhoods and communities. You will also be creating local awareness of home improvement services that Noble provides.
Sales Representative
Noble sales representatives inspect company-provided and self-generated leads and close sales in exterior renovation, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors. Sales representatives will inspect homes for damages, negotiate cost of replacement with insurance companies and coordinate installs with install manager and homeowner. Noble will provide training in products and services to give you the tools you need to guarantee success.
