Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Noble Referral Awards Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Referral Reward: The referral reward is a gift card with a value of $75.00. Gift cards are directly mailed or delivered electronically to a valid email address corresponding to the information of the referee as noted on the referral form. Gift cards are delivered to the recipient after completion of the project and after final payments for the referred service have been rendered.
2. Qualified Referral: A valid, qualified referral is a new customer (residential or commercial) who signs a new replacement contract with Noble Construction Inc. within one year (365 days) of your referral submission. Insurance claim referrals are welcome.
3. Eligible Services: For rewards, only contracts for complete roofing, siding, and window replacement/installation services will be considered.
4. Payment Requirement: Referral contract must be paid in full before Noble Construction can issue your referral award.
5. Single Referrer: Each referral may have only one referrer.
6. Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals any person/household can provide.
7. Own Residence Exclusion: You may not refer your own primary residence into the program. If we have replaced your primary roof in the past, you may refer a second home, rental property, etc.
8. Referral Process: Referrals must be made through the online or print referral form prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Noble Roofing.
9. Free Estimate: Each referral appointment will be a free estimate, no-obligation service provided by Noble Construction Inc.
10. Frequency Limit: Each qualified referral can only be entered into the system once in a 12-month calendar period.
11. Non-Cash Redemption: A referral reward cannot be used for cash value towards any outstanding balances with Noble Construction Inc.

By participating in Noble Construction’s Referral Awards Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Noble Construction Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
