Sales Representative
Noble sales representatives inspect company-provided and self-generated leads and close sales in exterior renovation, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors. Sales representatives will inspect homes for damages, negotiate cost of replacement with insurance companies and coordinate installs with install manager and homeowner. Noble will provide training in products and services to give you the tools you need to guarantee success. Both experienced and non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Inexperienced applicants will go through a trial period to be familiarized with the industry.
Job Details:
- Conduct inspections, often times on top of a roof
- Educate homeowners of any exterior issues (roofing, siding, gutters, windows) they may have
- Estimate the cost of a project and provide homeowner with sellable job proposal
- Sell home improvement services with a healthy profit margin
- Clearly define sales and income goals and commit to their execution
- Represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and be trained in different services and products
- Attention to detail
- The ability to clearly communicate product information and services to homeowners
- Ability to use technology required
- Great social skills
- Must have drive to succeed and bring “can-do” attitude to all leads and opportunities
Education level: High school or equivalent
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Payment for this position will have multiple options based on individual need and experience. Some options include full commission, salary+commission, or salary draw on commission. Range: $50,000 to $100,000+ per year.
