Canvasser
This position is a great way to start a career in the home improvement industry. Noble is looking for people who are self-motivated and eager to work hard. There is unlimited opportunity for career advancement in this fast growing industry. Our canvassers will generate leads for our sales team. This position requires a positive attitude to be able to interact and engage with homeowners. You will learn how to identify homes that need exterior renovation and how to sell an appointment. Pay is hourly, with a chance to make bonuses and commission. Canvassers can often set their own schedule.
There is no need for prior experience, we will provide training to ensure you succeed.

Pay: $15 – $25/hour + Bonuses or Commission for set appointments and sold leads. The target compensation is $500-$1000 per week.
