They did a great job and in a reasonable amount of time. They accommodated my schedule to do the roofing at a time that worked for me. Addition things I wanted done, a peak vent, metal valleys, and lifetime drain plumbing vent boots, were easily worked into my bid. I was not charged addition costs above the bid even though their contract wording allowed charging additional money ($40 per man hour plus materials for replacing rotted wood). I had some left over plywood that they agreed to use and they didn't need to replace much rotted wood. I would definitely recommend them.

Noble Roofing is a local (Sterling/Herndon/Ashburn) company. We were turned on to them by our neighbor, who convinced us to get a fourth quote. Glad we did! They have great warranty relation with their material suppliers (we used GAF, but they also offer Certainteed and others). Daniel is son of the owner, and they have been in business of 20-30 years. Noble Roofing did a very professional job. They were easy to get ahold of, worked diligently with my insurance company and got the job done quickly. They were in constant contact with me so I knew what progress was being made and when it was going to be completed. Hearing that your roof needs to be replaced 6 months after purchasing your home is never good news. Being somewhat familiar with the roofing industry (grandfather was a roofer and my dad sold roofs) I dreaded the sales aspects of having to get estimates for the roof replacement. I contacted over 5 different companies for roof estimates based off of their positive reviews online and by far Nobel was the most pleasant to deal with. Jason and Daniel came to my house the evening after the estimator was here and arrived on time and conducted themselves in a very professional and friendly manor. Not once did I feel that they were trying to “sell” or upsell me. They were very upfront about the cost and were not pushy. Jason even informed us about a website that you can compare what other have paid for home improvements based on zip code (www.homewyse.com) so we can make a confident and informed decision about our roof replacement. I should add that Nobel was the only roofing company that offered to sit with me and explain the costs and the entire process. The other companies that I contacted just sent me an invoice to my email and never even followed up to explain the costs or give recommendations. When I decided to engage Nobel to do my roof replacement my HOA needed a shingle sample with the roof replacement application. Jason had delivered the shingles to my house the same day even before I had arrived home from work. Once the roof replacement was scheduled the job was completed in one day and was done by the time I got home from work. The yard and surrounding area was left immaculate and no debris was left behind. Daniel and Jason even called me that evening to say they were coming back to inspect the property the next morning. I could not be happier with the experience and would recommend Nobel to any of my family and friends. In addition, if you decide to use Nobel for your rood repair or replacement, ask for Jason!
